Extension Requests • "of the month"

I'm not sure if this is the right area to ask, but does anyone know of a way to have a little picture on the home page of the forum with a little box and title like "BLANK of the month" I tried to search it on this board but I kept coming up with poster of the month which isn't really what I'm looking for. We have a vote on my forum every month and I would like to celebrate the winner by posting it on the home page.

If this is the wrong section for this question, please let me know.
