[3.3.x] Support Forum • Unable to post after upgrade to 3.3.12

I am the administrator for our forum https://nswrfsforum.info/.
After a successful upgrade to 3.3.12 (from 3.3.11) all is working except no-one can post messages on the forum (including me):
Message preview is working but 'submit' returns a web page:
"This page isn’t workingnswrfsforum.info is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"
Checked with my webhosting -There are no error messages in the error log file.
Please help
