Ahh, I see. And can I control those numbers at all in my ACP or are they entirely set by my host?Just send no more messages a hour/day or month then is allowed by your host.
My settings are now 15mails every 15min and 2 recipients /mail
So that is 4x24x15x2= 2880/day
A other way to check if your mails don't disappear in a spam folder is to use https://www.mail-tester.com/
(make a account with a email address from mailchecker.)
