I've been having this issue for years, in fact I started a thread on it in 2019, and I'm hoping the tech has progressed enough since then that there may be a workaround.
When I send a mass e-mail to all users, some people receive them and some (including me) don't. The messages aren't going to spam, they're just not arriving. The last time I tried to sort this out, our best answer turned out to be that my hosting service (Bluehost) was limiting the number I could send at a time, and the only way to contact everyone was to address only 50 recipients per day. That's an exhausting process, and I basically gave up after a while. Have things changed at this point? I would be hugely grateful for any advice?
Just to be clear, I am not - repeat, not - all that skilled or comfortable with this kind of thing. I can just about manage to use FTP software if I carefully study it and follow instructions, but I don't actually retain any of the information, lol. It's just antithetical to how my brain works. So I humbly request very straightforward explanations that assume I know nothing! Much appreciated.
Thanks, all.
