ATM there's no point in trying to fix anything until he uses the correct files for his board.hostinger is really big on cloudflare. Are you using cloudflare for your dns? If so, go to your cloudflare account and enable developer mode for your website or disable all caching functions.
BTW the board cookies seems to be set properly.
