These emails that you are receiving, they should have a username and email address from the sender along with their message.
You view them by opening each one of them in your email account and read what is posted in them.
From there you can take action on your forum to what they are reporting, or respond to them at their email address.
Or if you think these are spam emails then delete them. How many emails are you getting?
