As far as I understand, I can set in Adm/ General/ Board configuration/ User registration settings:
New member post limit: 1 Posts.
New members are within the group 'Newly Registered Users' until they reach this number of posts.
In general, I think it's fine that a user gets permissions from the 'Registered users' group after the first approved post. But if I have a less good impression of the new user and wonder whether I can trust him, I want to add this user after the first approved post to a new group 'Users with limited rights' (with the same rights as the group 'Newly Registered Users').
As a beginner I would like to know what you think of this idea. Is this a good plan, or are there any disadvantages?

Is it possible to remove the user from one group and add him to the other group in one and the same operation? Or do I have to perform two actions: 1) add to the new group; 2) remove from the 'Newly Registered Users' group?
