As far as I'm aware there is no such feature in phpBB by default. The closest you have are the advanced searches like 'new posts', 'unanswered posts' and so on but they wouldn't help for listing posts / topics made on a specific day in the past.
The only extension I could find that was even remotely close to what you are after is this Digests extension but that will just send you regular emails of activity by the looks of it.
